looks like poor grounding problem.

if you're using a desktop:
take off all molex connectors (at a time) & snap it back again.
make sure you re-seat them properly.

including the 20/24 pin connector of the motherboard.

Wait, are you talking about your speakers? Did you try the speakers on another computer? Did you try some different speakers on this computer?

take off your tower case cover,un-plug your case fans (side, rear, front).
power up your machine & play music (with the cover off & fans un-plugged).

also, plug your speakers to another A/C wall outlet that is not congested
with other A/C device.

BTW: is your sound card an on-board or a PCI cound card?

i think that 3d blaster is a video card.

if you're using XP,
can you please run a dxdiag report?

click start > run > at the search box type dxdiag.

at the lower part of the directx diagnostic tool screen, click
"save all information".a report will be generated in notepad.
save that & attach the report to your next reply.

From the DX files, your on-board sound chip may have failed. You will need to buy a PCI sound card and install it. If you can't do this yourself, find a friend or relative that can do this for you
