OCZ announces partnership with Fatal1ty
This week, OCZ announced a new partnership they have formed with Fatal1ty and Auravision. The new deal will see OCZ and Fatal1ty working together on technical specifications for new hardware, in particular high class RAM and PSUs. They claim the hardware will be, of course, geared towards gamers, which is exactly what both OCZ and Fatal1ty already cater to.
It seems that the hardware itself will still be manufactured by OCZ and the collaboration is solely upon what a gamer might want, so it will be interesting to see what sort of “solutions” they present. You can read more in the OCZ press release. I hope they don't just count on selling a name, since for the most part OCZ has been one of the vendors you can always point to for “excellent” hardware.

The price wasn't too bad either so I hope they don't sell it as a 'brand' which puts the prices up by a lot. |
