Microsoft ships Remote Desktop Connection 2.0 for Mac
Following an almost year-long beta period, Microsoft today announced the release of its Remote Desktop Connection Client 2.0 for the Mac – a free application that lets users remotely control a Windows-based system from a Mac.
The latest version this Mac-to-Windows connection utility is now available as a Universal Binary and boasts multiple session support, allowing users to connect to multiple computers at the same time. Other changes include improved security support with Network Level Authentication, a redesigned user interface, and improved printing support.
